CPAP Masks Help You Sleep Soundly
By Lamp in Health | 0 comments
Anyone who’s ever used a CPAP machine for their snoring and sleep apnea can tell you – it’s not so easy to get used to them. It can be a downright nightmare.
It may seem great on paper… just hook up to this “miracle” machine to breathe better and dreamland is right around the corner. But once they get the machine home and strap on the mask, it’s a whole different story. In fact, a good portion of people who try the CPAP for a week or so then give up because they find it too uncomfortable. And that’s too bad because if they’d stick with it, their sleep and health would improve.
But now it’s gotten a whole lot easier.
New technology has allowed for all types of CPAP masks. Be it nose pillows, facemasks or nose masks, they are made to be more comfortable. On top of that many newer units are quieter and lighter. There are a number of different styles, allowing for different fits and different tastes. Because what works for one person, doesn’t necessarily work for another.
